Kung Peanut Butter

Half a jar of Kung Po
3-4 tablespoons peanut butter
Olive oil
Finely chopped 2 anchovies
1 medium onion
1 sliced potato
1-2 chopped garlic cloves
Chopped mushrooms
Sliced one circle aubegine small
Quarter chopped courgette 
1- In a dutch oven oilve oil, then add veg, then add peanut butter, then milk, the kung Po sauce, a little water, and sliced anchovies, a little siracha chilli sauce, do not drown it, it should slightly flow, stir till combined
2- Put lid on dutch oven, and cook at 200c for 45 minutes, stir 15 minutes in.
3- Cook noodles seperate, add a little sechezhaun sauce if you like it.
4- Serve with soy sauce, curry over noodles
