Peanut butter and jelly cookies

Ingredients
4 tbsp rolled oats
100 g peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch salt
Strawberry jam 
 
Steps
1- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
2- Mix together oats, egg, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt
3- Roll into a tablespoon size ball and place on a baking tray, making a small well in the centre of each ball
4- Fill the wells with jam
5- Cook in the oven for 10 minutes then leave to cool
