Ingredients
65 g dairy free white chocolate melted
65 g smooth peanut butter
55 g dairy free cream cheese
50 g icing sugar
85 g dairy free dark chocolate melted 
Steps
1- Whisk together the melted white chocolate, peanut butter and cream cheese
Gradullay beat in the icing sugar
2- Chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes
Dvivide into 10 balls
3- Dip the truffles in the melted dark chocoalte until fully coated
Place on a baking sheet and allow the chocolate to set
4- Store the truffles in the fridge
