Salted Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

100 g 85% dark chocolate
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
Pinch salt
1 tbsp coconut oil 
1- Melt 50 g of chocolate and pour into the bases of 8 mini cases.
2- Freeze for 10 minutes. Then carefully put a 1/2 tsp of peanut butter in the middle of each cup and return to the freezer.
3- Melt the remaining chocolate and stir in 1 tbsp of coconut oil while the chocolate is hot. Allow the melted chocolate to cool for a bit. Then take your cups out of the freezer and fill them right up the the brim with the melted chocolate. Pop them back into the freezer until they set.
4- When set, add a sprinkle of rock salt and your done! Keep in the freezer and let them thaw for a minute before eating.
